3 - 1 cup white onion (diced)
4 - 7 cloves garlic (chopped)
5 - 1 1/4 cup red pepper (diced)
6 - 2 tbsp fresh flat parsley (chopped)
7 - 2 tbsp crushed red pepper
10 - 1 tsp koshering salt
11 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves (chopped)
12 - 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
13 - 1/2 lbs ground beef (85% lean for binding)
18 1. Mix everything together well and refrigerate for at least one hour
19 2. Form into whateveer
20 3. Grill for a few minutes per side *or* broil for ~7 minutes per side
